Chocolate fresh cream cake filling? Help!?

I’m making a chocolate cake, i need to use up 150ml fresh double cream. So can i make chocolate fresh cream filling for the middle of the cake? If so can you give me a recipe please as i am unsure of how much cocoa powder to use. Thanks for your help.
